Deactivation Fee - Effective November
1st, a fee in the amount of $20.00/bay, will be imposed should it become necessary
to deactivate a customer's entry cards due to non-payment of rent.
Garbage - Please be advised that the
garbage dumpster is to be used by recreational vehicle owners and warehouse tenants
ONLY. Please do not bring items from
home or work to place in the dumpster.
